1 Year Warranty of Karadah Store : Warranty
-Please inspect the product in the presence of the delivery representative. If you notice any damage or physical defects, please return the product immediately with the delivery representative.
-All products are covered by a 1-Year Warranty (Maintenance Only) from the date of purchase.
-The warranty covers maintenance only and does not include product replacement.
-If the product cannot be repaired and the fault is covered under the warranty, it will be replaced with the same product in a different color, subject to availability.
-If the product cannot be repaired and no replacement is available, the customer will receive a full refund of the purchase amount.
The Warranty Does Not Cover:
-Physical damage or breakage.
-Fire damage.
-Water damage or liquid exposure.
-Damage or malfunction caused by power --surges, low voltage, or voltage fluctuations.
Replacement Policy
-The product may be exchanged for the same model in a different color, subject to availability, provided that the replacement request is submitted within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
Refund Policy
-Products cannot be returned after the purchase has been completed.
An exception applies only if the product has a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired by the service center. In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund of the purchase amount.
