Five Years : Warranty Policy-Robo Iraq :

The device comes with a five-year warranty under the following conditions:

First Year:
The warranty covers any manufacturing defects. In case of such defects, the company will repair the device or replace it with another device at its discretion.

Following Four Years:
The customer is responsible for the cost of any replacement parts only, while the company covers labor and technical service fees.

The warranty does not cover:
Water or liquid entering the device.
Use of cleaning materials that are not approved or intended for the device.
Breakage or damage due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
