Please check the product condition in the presence of the delivery agent upon delivery. In case of any visible damage or breakage, please do not accept the product.

The product will be replaced if a technical defect is discovered within the first 7 days from the purchase date, after inspection by the merchant’s technical team and issuance of a report confirming the defect.

In case of a technical issue, please send a video showing the problem along with the product serial number, so the technical team can evaluate the case and take the appropriate action.

After 7 days from the purchase date, the warranty does not include product replacement. Only repair service will be provided if the defect is covered under warranty.

The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by breakage or misuse.

Failures caused by electrical issues or power fluctuations.

Any damage resulting from improper use of the product.
