Robo Iraq Product Warranty: 5 Years : Warranty Policy of Robo Iraq products :

The device comes with a five-year warranty under the following conditions:
- Please inspect the product in the presence of the delivery representative. If you find any damage or breakage, please return it with the delivery representative immediately.

First Year:
The warranty covers any manufacturing defects. In case of such defects, the company will repair the device or replace it with another device at its discretion.

Following Four Years:
The customer is responsible for the cost of any replacement parts only, while the company covers labor and technical service fees.

The warranty does not cover:
Water or liquid entering the device.
Use of cleaning materials that are not approved or intended for the device.
Breakage or damage due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
Failure to replace consumable parts on time or neglecting regular cleaning and maintenance of the device.
