Please inspect the product for any physical damage in the presence of the delivery representative.
The warranty covers replacement for manufacturing defects only.
The product will be inspected by the authorized technical team before a replacement or repair decision is made.
If the same product is available, it will be replaced directly. Otherwise, it will be replaced with an equivalent product or one of equal value.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidental damage, drops, liquid exposure (unless the product is water-resistant according to its specifications), or improper use.
Any attempt to open or repair the product outside the authorized service center will void the warranty.
The product must remain in its original condition with the serial number intact.
Accessories such as cables may be replaced if they have a manufacturing defect.
Inspection or repair time may vary depending on the product and issue.
Three Stores reserves the right to reject any warranty claim that does not meet the above conditions.
