The seller guarantees that the product will be delivered exactly as ordered and free from any external damage. Customers must inspect the product in the presence of the courier . Once the product has been accepted and the courier has left, it cannot be replaced for physical damage.
Manufacturing defects are covered under the official LG warranty according to the warranty period of each product category. If a manufacturing defect occurs, the product will be inspected by an authorized technical team. The team will attempt to repair the product first. If the defect cannot be repaired, the product will be replaced.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, broken parts, liquid damage, misuse, or damage caused by electrical current, voltage fluctuations, or other power-related issues.
