Replacement Policy
Replacement is applicable only in case of manufacturing defects or faults.
The product will be inspected by the specialized technical team to determine the nature of the issue before deciding on replacement or repair.
If the same product is available, it will be replaced directly. If not, it will be replaced with a similar product or one of equal value.


Second: Warranty Terms
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
Misuse or negligence
Breakage, impact, or accidents
Exposure to liquids or moisture (unless the product is water-resistant as per specifications)
Improper use contrary to instructions
Any attempt to open or repair the product (outside the company) will void the warranty.
The product must be in its original condition without any changes to specifications or serial number.

Important Notes
Accessories such as cables can be replaced in case of manufacturing defects.
The inspection or maintenance process may take varying time depending on the product and issue.
Three Stores Company reserves the right to reject warranty claims if the above conditions are not met.
