Customers must inspect the product upon delivery in the presence of the courier. If any visible physical damage or breakage is found, the product must be returned immediately with the courier and will be eligible for replacement.
If a technical fault is discovered after delivery, the warranty covers repair only.
If the authorized service center determines that the product cannot be repaired or that it has a manufacturing defect requiring replacement, the product will be replaced based on the service center's technical report.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse or any physical damage occurring after the product has been accepted by the customer.
